Tort Reform

Looser pays, plus 100%. Lawyer pays 1,000 % plus demanded judgment. Jury selected by PRNG algorithm. No change of venue from the location where the purported offense occurred.

 

Voter Qualification

No one receiving any form of taxpayer money is eligible to vote.

Literacy is required. All potential voters must be US citizens and take the U.S. Citizenship Test and pass.

Welfare

Provided only at taxpayer-owned facilities. Contraceptives mandatory. Education in the standard 3 R's provided plus training in desirable skills available and encouraged.

Crime and Punishment

Upon conviction, criminal pays 1,000% of financial loss at forced labor. 3 appeals allowed but if the conviction is upheld after the 3rd appeal, criminal is summarily executed along with council.

Mutilation (blinding, crippling, etc.) of the victim will require the perpetrator to be subject to the same in the same fashion plus the loss of one eye which will go to a charitable foundation. The perpetrator will not be eligible for any assistance.

Conviction of rape, child molestation, or murder is an automatic death penalty. 3 appeals allowed but in no case to extend beyond 3 years with execution by either public hanging or firing squad at the end of the appeals. As bad examples are necessary for a society, council for 3rd appeal is allowed to live as an experimental subject used to evaluate effectiveness of vaccines and treatments for the most horrible diseases plaguing human beings.

No convicted felon will have the right to vote. Ever.

There shall not be special designations of `hate' (thought) crime.

Elected Office

All candidates for public office must undergo full Q Clearance screening and the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory with the results publicly posted. Pay and benefits for successful candidates not to exceed the average of their constituencies. Violation of the laws of the country will result in immediate execution with the exception of jaywalking which shall only require a month on a road gang.

 

Government Schools

The public school system shall be replaced by the much less expensive and well proven, far more effective private schools. The taxing authority previously enabling the drunken public school system will be eliminated. A teacher and administrator pool will be established with the qualifications posted on the internet for future hiring. 

 

To Provide for a Common Defense

A national retail sales tax of 10% shall be levied. 100.00% shall be spent by the various squabbling, fractious bastards we usually elect to represent us as we have attempted to inform them.

Vote well.

United Nations

Evicted from the soil of the United States. Paris looks nice. France has some nice islands in the South Pacific that are not too radioactive. Haiti and Somalia also good choices.

Foreign Aid

No country in need with either a dictatorship or a something-or-the-other for life gets squat. Furthermore, no country that has needful folk and a weapons program gets anything either. Food for the needy is acceptable in case of a natural disaster but is limited to one season. All food aid is premised on mandatory birth control.

There will be no payments for future cases of AIDS. The cause and vector has been public knowledge, widely expressed for over 20 years, and published with the expenditure of billions of dollars. AIDS is now classified as a voluntarily contracted disease and is not eligible for the theft of other folk's money by taxation to pay for stupidity. Darwin sorts.

Labor Unions

There will be no government unions.
